I can't log in, but I put in the right password.
DocbookMD is currently experiencing a known bug on iOS version of our app.
When experiencing this bug, you log into the app, and it begins to load. It looks like it will log you in, but then returns you to the log in screen.
You have successfully logged in, but our app is showing the login screen, when it should not.
This issue will be resolved in the next release of DocbookMD. Until then, there's an easy fix! Please follow these steps -
- Double tap the Home button (that's the big button at the bottom of your phone). This will bring up some app icons at the bottom of your display with screenshots of the apps above the icons.
- Please locate the DocbookMD app in this list and hold your finger over the app screen shot. Flick it up. This is how you completely close the app. (If you've never done this before, you may have many apps running. Go ahead and close them all! They're eating away your battery life.)
- Tap the home button just once to return to the desktop of your mobile device.
- Navigate back to DocbookMD and open the app. You should already be logged in!
If you're still unable to log in, you may be having a password issue. Please click the Forgot Password link to reset it and try again.
